Organisational structure refers to the way an organisation arranges people and the jobs so that the performances of the work and its aims and objectives can be met within the business.
Sainsbury’s organisational structure
Within a business is has organisational structure and this involves the functional areas for Sainsbury’s this is includes, customer service, administration, finance, I.T, human resources, marketing and operations. All of these functions and jobs have an important role within the business in order meet Sainsbury’s goals.

Fourthly, British Red Cross’s aims and objectives are to have supporting the movement as they’ll want to increase the Red Crescent Movement and International Red Cross’s impact on the most vulnerable people. The ways that they’ve achieved by having recognised areas that have disasters and by leadership development and fundraising this will help to strengthen one of the world’s most leading volunteer emergencies to response quicker.
Fifthly, British Red Cross’s aims and objectives are to have volunteers and staff as they want volunteering to have the best experience that money cannot buy for us. The ways that they’ve achieved this by having more volunteers being more helpful to help others who are in need.
