To put myself in a mental health illness, I think it’s a disease that will turn my brain up side down and makes me to consider of anything worse. It’s an illness that comes from different forms and will affect in my consideration, mood, behaviour and my performance. It would be extremely difficult for me to be with mental illness as my family member may feel discounted or offended, particularly in public. My mental illness may affect my whole family in many ways, for example my mother relationship can become challenging with dad and my siblings. I recommend that at this stage my family have to accommodate their expectations until I get back to normal.
