Every person in this society has had at least one experience with failure. Failure is a natural thing and without it, people would not improve their lives. My biggest failure is when I slipped into such a deep depression; I hurt those that I love and myself. Luckily for me, my parents sought help. They found Diamond Ranch Academy, or DRA, and knew I could be saved. DRA is what saved my life. I will not lie and say it has always been perfect, but what is? The imperfections of DRA is what makes it so great, it has helped me build into the person I have become. I have learned many lessons at DRA, including gratitude, humility, and acceptance of others and myself. While being at DRA, I have come to realize that I was never truly grateful for
