This letter is to persuade you to consider giving the students of Green Hills School the opportunity to hear Officer Thomas Farrell of the North Arlington Police Department speak. In this letter I will describe why I believe Officer Farrell will be the most interesting speaker for the students at Green Hills School District. I hope you will agree.
First off, Officer Farrell is a DARE graduate from the Rockaway Township school district. Officer Farrell has been an Emergency Medical Technician, also known as an EMT, for a whole ten years. Officer Farrell volunteers as an EMT for Fire Company #1, in Hibernia, NJ. Acting with his EMT skills, he is famous for saving the life of a young heart attack victim, the wife of one of his co-workers. T. E. Farrell (personal communication, July 18, 2015). Officer Farrell works hard to help people no matter what it takes.
In true "super-hero" style, Officer Farrell has trained for and been appointed to the North Arlington Police Department "SWAT" (special weapons and tactics) team.
