In the Magician’s Nephew, by C.S. Lewis, the story is about a boy and a girl, named Digory and Polly who enter magical worlds using the rings of Uncle Andrew. As they are traveling worlds, they let an evil witch by then name on Queen Jadis escape and she sets out to rule the world. Their mission is to help put away the evil queen where she belongs and try to help Digory’s mother with helping her with her sickness. Two characters in the story, Queen Jadis and Uncle Andrew Ketterley, show similarities and differences. Throughout the story, we see how they react to the challenges and obstacles they face.
