The interest I have to become a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. stems from the impact members of the organization have had and continue to have on my life through mentorship. Since high school and as a first-generation college student, members of the organization have influenced my personal, educational and professional development. Their support and encouragement has motivated me to represent well for my family, to excel as a scholar, leader in organizations, servant to the community and to pursue any goal in which I desire to accomplish.
