Dennis Overbye wrote this article to inform the reader about a man, Jacob Beckenstine, who died August 16, 2015, that went head-to-head with one of the smartest men on earth, Stephen Hawking. Overbye has a well written article but it seemed a bit out of place making it kind of confusing in what his article really is about. He seemed to repeat information he had previously stated, for example in paragraph 1 he says “a physicist who prevailed in an argument with Stephen Hawking”, and in paragraph 3 “when he was a graduate student at Princeton and got into a feud with Dr. Hawking”.
