While some may be conceived or born with a characteristic talent for extraordinary leadership aptitudes like creativity, communication, and inventiveness, the argument that will be contended is that leaders are made, they aren’t born. Regardless of the possibility that you are conceived with specific attributes and abilities, just through deliberately building up those aptitudes and talents would you be able to figure out how to ace the craft of leadership. Being an exceptional leader takes great practice, this can be expressed by one learning leadership by developing the skills to be respectful and integrative, confident in his abilities/actions, and lastly, by developing great people skills.
