Good morning,
Please note this order was originally made in September and I have yet to received the package. After a numerous of follow up emails, I was given the option for a full refund due me not receiving the package. I agreed to be refunded and was hoping once I received my full refund I will go directly to a store to purchase my book. However, now you are notifying me that my full return will be granted only if you received the item back.
Please understand I don't have the book, nor I know where your carrier might of delivered it. Also, please understand this book was ordered for my college class which started on 9/9/15 and due to the lack and poor service on your end, I've been forced to take other measures to be able to comply
