In today’s society ethics code policy is used to characterized an acceptable behavior between associates, investors, CEO’S, employees and most importantly the consumers. Unethical behavior may result in lawsuit and loss of money since nobody would use their products. One example is Wells Fargo Company they got in to a lawsuit by Mike Feuer lawyer of the city of Los Angeles for unethical threating to their costumer and employees. On December 2013 Feuer started investigating the bank after a times report in which a lot of present employees express their experiences of the sale pressure at the bank.
