Great post clear and concise, I enjoyed. I just would like to mention the difference between pyelonephritis and urinary tract infection- UTI. An infection in the urinary tract has different names depending on where the infection is located. Therefore, an infection in the bladder is called cystitis or a bladder infection. However, if the kidney is involved, the infection is referred to as pyelonephritis or a kidney infection. If the infection is located in the urethra, it is called urethritis. Sometimes the urinary tract infection is used, interchangeably, but it does differentiate where the infection is located. For example, an infection that is limited to the bladder is treated with antibiotics and it is recommended that patient drinks
