"Like the Sun" and "The Open Window" are compelling short stories in different ways, but they hold more similarities than you may realize. "Like the Sun" is a short story based around a teacher named Sekhar who tells only the truth for a day and faces the consequences of it. "The Open Window" is a short story about a man named Framton Nuttel who goes to the countryside in order to calm his nerves and receives a frighting ghost tale instead. "Like the Sun" and "The Open Window" are both short stories that have similarities and differences in the ways that they deal with truth and deception.
