I did my report on the career and the requirements of a chiropractor. A chiropractor is an occupation in the health care field that deals with disorders of the muscular and skeletal system. Chiropractors often “manipulate joints and bones to loosen them up to increase range, movement and mobility. Chiropractors are usually called chiropractors or chiropractic physicians they have a great deal of knowledge and are also trained to prescribe rehabilitation and medicine. Chiropractors have a great amount of skill and responsibility even though they are often mistakenly recognized as simply massage therapist. In most times, the more schooling that is done the higher the starting salary. Chiropractors have an average starting salary of 44,000 dollars. More experienced chiropractors tend to earn more. With the top 10% making up too 150, 00 while the bottom 10% makes around 28,500 dollars. Working independently or in hospitals can cause pay to vary. Chiropractors that have their own offices tend to make more and those with more experience and loyal clientele can expect to make even more than that. The money that the chiropractors make is well deserved with the many demanding responsibilities of their occupation. Chiropractors provide consultations prior to any treatment. During the consultation the chiropractor looks for and assesses the health issues if any of the patient through questions and physical examination.
