There is a lot of controversy about whether or not cheerleading and gymnastics are the same thing. People do not realize the big difference between the two sports. While cheerleading and gymnastics both use similar techniques, the way each uses these technique differ. Both sports compel a great deal of physical fitness and proficiency. Cheerleading and gymnastics require a certain physical and mental state of mind in order to have a strong performance.
