Its known as Consumer Durable Finance. Bajaj Finserv Provide 0% interest on Consumer Durable products to the customers, which gives customers another strong reason to opt for the deal. It is only available at the dealer location or the showroom. Here not only Customers are making profit, Lenders, Manufacturers, and Retailers are beneficial too. Financing schemes attract customers, especially those with lower income, to use future income streams to buy consumer products. The most populer finance scheme is 12/4 scheme. Here financier collects amount for first 4 months as initial downpayment from the buyer and recovers the balance amount in 8 monthly installment from the buyer. There is an amout of processing charge which has to be included with the transaction. I have contributed to the organization in various projects.
