What really attracted me to BU was the vast amount of opportunities it provides it’s students. Looking at all the different paths I could take, I was overwhelmed with excitement about my future contributions to the school, and the experiences I would take away in four years. UROP was especially impressive to me, as it allowed undergraduates the freedom to explore a concentrated route within their major, and work intimately with professors on research projects. As an interested Nutrition major, I think it would be incredibly interesting to contribute to some research between our diets and the development of cancer, particularly correlations between meat consumption and tumor growth. Furthermore, with my interests in plant-based diets, I was
