What really attracted me to BU was the vast amount of opportunities it provides it’s students. Looking at all the different paths I could take, I was overwhelmed with excitement about my future contributions to the school, and the experiences I would take away in four years. UROP was especially impressive to me, as it allowed undergraduates the freedom to explore a concentrated route within their major, and work intimately with professors on research projects. As an interested Nutrition major, I think it would be incredibly interesting to contribute to some research between our diets and the development of cancer, particularly correlations between meat consumption and tumor growth.
