BDO Pellot has continually been tasked with sudden and emergent changes to his schedule in support of VIPR missions. BDO Pellot continually has adjusted his schedule as he remained a mission focused individual having had to change both his RDOs and shift start and end times to ensure the successful completion of BDA support of VIPR missions all the while reducing and minimizing overtime incurred.
