Since I am a complete stranger entering the college for the first time, so I don’t have much acknowledgement for the school. When I walk around on campus, I notice that nonverbal communication can be found everywhere. Even though they don’t send out direct messages, it still has certain of meaning that will be captured by the public.
For example, Tiger as the mascot has a strong sense of being around campus. I find a statue of Tiger, which stands there with the Jesse Hall as the background in a manner of an extremely majestic-looking at Tiger Plaza. Students are fond to playing around with it, including taking the picture with it, riding it on its back. I also find a tail of a tiger on the top of the Student Center. Especially when it is the time of home football game, spectators all wear the color of black of gold to demonstrate the spirit of Mizzou and Truman xxxxxx
Including Jesse Hall, Tiger plaza and Student Center are all landmarks of MIZZOU. It makes Mizzou stand out from many other colleges and has its distinctive features. When I enter into an academic building, I observe that it has been set up automatic doors and sidewalk ramp for handicapped and disabled access. Based on the lecture notes, “possibilities for play and activity is a great place to stay”. The inside of the Rec center is so full of vitality. Students cannot only release pressure, but also work out for keeping healthy. Variety of sports is available in the Rec center in order to fulfill the needs friends and faculties. It includes pump room for who wants to take in charge of the body shape. Fitness studio provides a large space for students to take daily fitness classes like yoga, Zumba with the guide of the fitness
