At first when I heard about juicing, I thought, oh it’s for people who wants to cut down weight. I am one of those knuckle heads who was lucky enough to be genetically born on the lighter weight. I’m afraid I might drop down a huge amount of muscles and will look skinny. Moreover, the goal is, always, to look more healthy. And so, I did a little research why a lot of people talks so much about this bandwagon of juicing.
I got hooked instantly. I’ve been juicing ever since as a part of my active and healthy lifestyle. I also let my six year old daughter be part of this juicing habit. 8. You can make a couple large batches for yourself to lessen the amount of time juicing, just be sure to consume in 2 days and store in an air tight mason jar (my favorite way to store).
