At first when I heard about juicing, I thought, oh it’s for people who wants to cut down weight. I am one of those knuckle heads who was lucky enough to be genetically born on the lighter weight. I’m afraid I might drop down a huge amount of muscles and will look skinny. Moreover, the goal is, always, to look more healthy.
