On the 17th June, I headed to the new building of Kenn għal saħħtek for my last interview.We had an appointment with a young woman who used to suffer from Anorexia nervosa and sometimes Bulimia. Kenn għal saħħtek is an organisation which helps the victims of eating disorder, whether they are overweight or underweight. The purpose of this meeting was to find out how the patient realised that she had an eating disorder problem, why she started anorixia nervosa and its consequences. Later we discussed the importance of Kenn għal saħħtek and the services that they gave her, where she was one of the first residents of this organisation. Danny Meyer is of the opinion that “Hospitality knows no gender or race.” One value that I admired the most during this activity is the hospitality of this place. I appreciated the fact that all the patients are welcomed in this home, and that they have no deadline (Maximum number of days) for their full recovery time. As the other organisations, we were welcomed by the workers of Kenn għal saħħtek, and this made our experience more beautiful. Hospitality refers to the relationship between a guest and a host, wherein the host receives the guest with goodwill, including the reception and entertainment of guests, visitors, or strangers. As I said before, this value is important because with hospility, others can feel more comfortable and welcomed, and this would results into a better cooperation. I experienced this value when I jioned this organisation. In society this vlaue is practiced in variuos ways. An example is like this activity, a health centre and even eldery homes. Other example is in regarding the illegal migration, where a nation welcomes and helps others who are less
