After reading your post, I noticed that we share the same viewpoint regarding feminism, in A Vindication of the Right of Women. We often assume feminism is a new idea we started to explore just a few years ago, however feminism has been a topic of discussion for many generations before our time. A Vindication of the Right of Women is a prime example of how feminism was present in the past, one way or another. As a result, feminism was one of the ideas the 21st century inherited from the enlightenment.
