In the book a hunter kills a lion. The hunter finds that the lion had three Cubs. The man toke the born in to his family and started raising them. The two cubs where much larger that the one cub. The family took the two bigger Cubs to a zoo. The family kept the smaller cub so that the cub will get bigger. The cub was part of the family. The cub would play with the elephants and go places with the family. The family started to take walks with the lion. After two years of having the lion they stated to want to release her. The family toke the lion to a place with more lions. The family tried for two months to get the lion freed but the lion just kept getting hurt. The book Born Free was a good book. I like that in the book the family that's the toke the lioness in as part of there family and started to raise them. I like that there other pet got along with Elsa. Page 24. When they gave the other cub away I was not happy. Page 32. I liked it when they started to take Elsa into the wild and let her play with the elephants and the other animals. Page 34. The first time that they toke Elsa on a family trip was fun because she had a lot of good times with the family and spent most afternoons with the family. The family spent most evenings and mornings with Elsa out. Chapter 6. I didn't like it when the family had to hope Elsa was ok and could not help. The times that she would get into the middle of the herds of animals. This happens on page 50. The times that I did not like where Elsa would get sick. There was one time in the book where the people find out that Elsa is sick with ring worm and they are far away from their home and the vet is at there house. The family has to go back to the house just to get the medicine before the problem get worse than they are. Chapter 6. The family try's to get Elsa out on her own and that is a good thing. Page110.
