I believe smoking should be banned in and out of the workplace in and out. if smokers would like too smoke they can smoke when they are on lunch or when they are finish.
I believe when they do smoke they should go out of the area and out of the workplace. Because to me and the employers, or baby's or kids around. So the little ones could get sick, and i could'int have that . the parents might sue me, because that was my business.
Smoking would be a non smoking area all around the building.
And if i caught them smoking there would be consequences, i would rather fire them on the spot with out a second chance then me getting sued.
So to me it would be banned because i would like no problems with my workplace and my employers, i really
