Many times not only do people fail to do things correctly, but many tend to hurt temselves. As many time we have seen in magazines a lot of bodybuilders have hunormouse physiques, but what pressure, or how much pressure are they being put on themselves. Bodybuilder ar put on so much stress to get big in certain times, they end up hurting themselves. Not only with bodybuilder this tends to happen to, but also with professinal fighters when they their put to the test, or to go over their limits to become the best. Sometimes they fail to do their best when fighting or during their training. That sometimes it cause them to lose or ven worerser senerio they end up getting hurt or losing a fight.
