Net Neutarlity is the idea that is followed by the goverment and internet service providers that all thing on the internet wil be trated equally. The term first came from a guy named Tim Wu in 2003. This makes it so we have the right to communicate freely online. Basicly Net Neutarlity protect our freedom of speech online. 2. Why does it matter? What's at stake? Net Neutrality gives us the right to freely go on any site or to type anything. This also makes it so that Internet Service Providers have no right to block any sites.
