I agree with you when you say that you believe Antwood wanted to make the story’s setting a mystery and base it more off the characters. I believe that a setting is important to a story because it allows the reader to imagine where the story is taking place and not only is it more enjoyable that way, but it has an immense effect on the plots and characters.
