Organizational Goals & Performance Criteria are the steps Verizon has chosen to be successful in today’s market. The proof they chose this is that president Lowell McAdam endorses the idea of everybody being involved in a team effort to accomplish one goal. Verizon also keeps all management in training to update and refresh all skills that need to be focused on. Starting at the top executives keeps tabs on all goals that are set by management and this keeps everyone on the same page. The structure Verizon has put in place is to keep management on accord to maintain accomplishing goals set in place by themselves.
