Throughout the book, Squealer sways the animals to think Napoleon is the heroic leader and also says everything is okay. Squealer makes cogent remarks about the revised seven commandments to the animals, such as teaching the sheep “Four legs good, two legs better”(Orwell, 48). In spite of Squealer brainwashing the farm animals, no one seemed to rebel against Napoleon. If Squealer was not a part of the story, many animals would have not hesitated to rebel against Napoleon.
