I believe every person experiences wanderlust, a strong desire to travel, at least once in their life. Personally, I do not think I could avoid an encounter with wanderlust. When it comes to travel, my family could be considered professionals. Both of my parents will admit they joined the Air Force with the underlying intent to travel the world, probably experiencing their own wanderlust at the time, and through the Air Force my parents did travel. They continued to travel even after having children and my four siblings and I were all born in different states. I was not around, but I assume that the constant moving started to get a bit too overwhelming. Soon after I was born, my dad retired from the Air Force and my family made their final move to Michigan.…show more content…
I am always curious to hear about all the places they have lived and traveled to. I love to see their fondest memories captured in photos and in our infamous family home videos. Having a third person's perspective on their stories, photos, and videos inspires me to venture out into the world and have my own personal experience with it, gathering up my own collection of moments that could be captured forever in photos, videos, and sacred memories. To travel became a main goal of mine that affected my plans for the future as I started contemplating career options that would give me a chance to travel. I spent a long time mulling over these career options, even taking the Aif Force into consideration like my parents had, but finally I found a career that really appealed to me a Flight
