You have a valid point when you say "sometimes your feelings take over, especially when you may have been treated wrongful over and over again." (Tessa Deering) I think most people would re-act the same way the employee did. Furthermore, I think the way the employee handled the situation (as previously said) differently. Instead of retaliating in a negative light , I honestly feel like she could have took the passenger aside (away from the other boarding passengers) and tell her that it was wrong for her to do this. As I am writing this, I sense my thoughts swaying to a different direction. Instead of the flight attendant confronting the passenger face-to-face about this scuffle, I think she should automatically go to her manager and tell
