TKAM GIOP Reflection
I learned during this project how to how to make sure everybody is doing an equal amount of work in the group, and how to make sure everybody gets their work done on time. By assigning everyone in the group to have the same amount of work done at a certain deadline; our group was able to make sure nobody was behind schedule for the most part. I learned how to enforce that everyone does an equal amount of work in the group project, by assigning everyone their own topic to handle. As a group we assigned everyone one lesson from the book to make sure everyone did the same amount of work. Then it was up to every individual to first off get their assigned topic done, and done on time.
