Directions:
1. Take a medium bowl, and beat eggs, milk, egg whites, garlic salt, ground mustard, pepper and salt in it. Set it aside.
2. Brush the bottom of the crockpot using butter or oil. Place a layer of hash browns on the bottom. Place another layer of bacon, bell peppers, onions, cheese, and broccoli. Top it with another layer of hash browns. For the final layer, place the leftover vegetables, cheese, and bacon. Pour the beaten egg mixture on top.
3. Cover the lid and select low mode. Cook for 4 hours.
