I would definitely advise Tyler the volunteer manager at the YMCA to utilize the Catchafire Program because during the interview my group conducted with him. He stated that he had problems finding volunteer opportunities specifically for ASU students (Professionals). In addition to that, I think that Catchafire would advance their recruitment strategy for new volunteers because they typically are recruited by word of mouth.
