Explaining her ideas and opinions on the matter of equality of genders, Christine Littleton, seeks to resolve the problem of difference of inequality jurisprudence. Littleton argues that differences between men and women should not be accommodated or tailor made to women because that recreates inequality. Equality, as she insisted, should be acceptance.
