2. As Allen was driving nonstop he was starting to feel worn out and drowsy from the long road ahead of him. Hall continued on driving when he remembered for that split second he met some people that gave him a pill for him to feel groovy. Hall’s actions displayed a voluntary action of taking an unknown pill from a couple of casual acquaintances. Hall tells the officers it was a involuntary intoxication, when Hall was never
