SpongeBob: Fish out of Water In my experience with kid’s movies anyone thing can deflect or direct a kid’s attention to a good or bad children oriented movie. In the movie SpongeBob: Fish out of Water, it had the foremost compelling components of a good kid’s movie. The special thing about this movie is that it is based on a television show that has been around for years and has changed with the times. It has appealed with the public including adults, minors, and small children alike to the love of a trustworthy character, one SpongeBob Square pants. This movie serves as a sequel to the smash hit The SpongeBob Square Pants Movie of 2004 with some well-deserved upgrades. It has action, despair, comedy, and mystery among being three dimensional and in the real world. The Nickelodeon Studios did a great job on presenting the movie by making it three dimensional and bringing it to the real world to exemplify that the characters are closer than you think (to the kid audience). For those older kids and teenagers it brought back the sense of your personal childhood memories and experiences with SpongeBob. There was an appealing twist to have a famed villain of the show help for the good of Bikini Bottom. It made you root for the old and newfound friends while keeping hope that they would overcome the new dilemma of Bikini…show more content…
Burger Beard is a pirate who wishes to open a food truck of his own but has no signature dish so he treks to steal the Krabby Patty formula from the Krusty Krab. The Bikini Bottom Gang has to go to the surface where it gets real and pursue Burger Beard and the Krabby Patty secret formula. The twists on the original characters are they are given super powers that are corresponding to their personalities to defeat Burger
