Snow accumulation and ablation varied seasonally by when there was low snowpack in the year 2012 and in 2013 there was an average snowpack. There is snow accumulation in the winter then in the spring and summer there is snow ablation. The snowpack affected discharge for the two years by when the snowpack increased so did the discharge. This is because it snowed in the winter then the snow melted in the spring which caused a high volume of water which resulted in the increase of the discharge. The imported water from the Michigan Ditch varied between years because of the amount of snowpack for each year. Year 2012 had a low snowpack which caused the ditch to have a low discharge rate compared to the year 2013 which had an average snowpack. The
