Author Anne-Marie Slaughter believes that women can “have it all” while at the same time not “have it all”. In her article “Why women still can’t have it all” which first appeared in the July/August of the Atlantic, she tells the reader exactly why she believes women still cannot have it all. Slaughter believes that a women in the workforce has to make sacrifices by either giving up time at home with their kids or by giving up valuable work time.
