Rock climbing related muscle injuries are a serious problem for rock climbers. It's what takes a professional rock climber out for an entire season. If a rock climber knows what muscles are being used, builds the up correctly, and stretches those muscles before and after they go rock climbing, then they will prevent muscle injury. There are many muscles in the human body. Most of those muscles are used in rock climbing. Some of the main muscle groups rock climbers use are the forearms, biceps, back muscles, abdominals, and legs.
