Today, Sunday, October 4, 2015, I attended to a Vegan buffet at Mr. Natural with two other Vegan friends, Paige and Erick. After we got our plates, we began discussing the different ways we can promote Veganism and help others become Vegan. First, Paige described how one of her running friends constantly labels her as an extremist for providing Vegan snacks for the whole team, even though that’s her peaceful way of publicizing that Vegans also have a variety of snack to choose from just like meat-eaters do.
