Rebuttal to Performance Evaluation,
As an employee of 27 years at CCJFS, it was necessary to write a rebuttal for my yearly review. Per my performance evaluation, there were three areas that do not reflect my abilities as a caseworker. Firstly, the review section for quantity indicated that my performance was 70%, yet it was not explained to me how this percentage was derived. Even with that conclusion, it reflects an average performance as noted with 70/100. However, the rating was 2 which is below expectation. Secondly, in the job knowledge section, I perform at an expert level as indicated by coworkers and supervisors using me as a resource.
