Comcast customer service is known to be awful. I had many bad experiences with calling the Comcast customer service line. Years ago I called Comcast with an issue I was having regarding my cable modem. They couldn’t resolve my problem by sending a signal to my modem so they told me it was a problem with my HP desktop. I was transferred to someone from the manufacturer and they advised that I buy a new PC because my warranty was expired. There wasn’t anything wrong with my PC, and I knew they were just giving me the run around. After speaking with them a few minutes later my cable modem was running again, and I was left completely frustrated with that customer service provider.
