Ingredients

Directions:
1. While the air fryer is getting pre-heated at 180 degrees Celsius, prepare your pastry in a mixing bowl.
2. Rub flour and butter into the bowl and mix it well with sugar. Keep on adding water little by little to obtain a smooth dough. Knead the dough well.
3. Grease the pastry cases with butter and place the dough evenly into them. Add the chopped apples and place it in each case. Sprinkle caster sugar and cinnamon on top.
4. Place an extra sheet of pastry at the top and poke each tin with a fork to give a pie texture.
5. Cook for about 18 minutes and garnish with honey before serving.

Directions:
1. Take a mixing bowl to make the pastry first. Add butter, sugar, and flour to it by rubbing everything. Add lemon juice, zest, and nutmeg to it as well. To combine the ingredients and make a soft dough, add a little bit of water too.
2. Roll out the pastry on a flat surface. Sprinkle flour to roll properly.

4. Add lemon curd into each tart and place the cases inside the air fryer. Cook the tarts for next 15 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius. Serve hot.
