In today’s society equal rights is a big topic, and well i’m here to talk to you about animal testing. Some people may differ, and say that it’s wrong, but i think it has every reason to be okay, and here are some reasons why.
Animal testing has contributed to many life saving cures and treatments. The California Biomedical Research Association has stated that nearly every medical breakthrough in the last 100 years has resultd directly from research using animals. The discovery of insulin, was found out by the experiments consisting of dogs having their pancreas removed. The polio vaccine which reduced the global outbreak of the disease reduced 350,000 cases in 1988 to 223 cases in 2012.
