On Saturday the weirdest thing happened, it was only my 2nd full day at Theisen’s and I was working the cash register. We were super busy at the time and a customer came through and bought some pliers that had zip ties on it, I noticed he was struggling to get the zip ties. I gave him some scissors to help him out but he still couldn’t get it so I told him I could get it with my box knife. I took the pliers from him and began to cut the zip ties with my box cutter, however I cut towards myself and I cut my thumb. I instantly threw the pliers done out of reflex. I started bleeding a lot and it was all over I just stood there in shock while my customer tried to get the other cashiers attention. When she finally turned around she called my manager
