I wrote a letter to my ex-husband and friend, Calvin. Foremost, Calvin was elated that I chose to address a letter to him with news of my life in the future. However, I was apprehensive to share my projected life with Calvin as it also contained my new marriage to Ed as I called my new husband. However, this made us both laugh, we agree and know God holds the future, so he was not offended nor angry. Additionally, he added “if you want to make God laugh, tell him your plans but looking at the doors opened and opportunities he has placed in your path your future needs sunglasses”. The paramount portion of the letter surrounded my business – Rid Alert. Rid Alert was a smashing success as a start-up company and now expanded to five supply stores
