Trunks sat on a nearby branch, watching Gohan and Goku sparring out here, in the thick and expanse of Mother Nature. He wasn’t a fan of the bugs that always tried to cling to you if you happened to sweat while sitting or standing still, but the cool, refreshing breeze – and the smell of nature all around – usually beat the fancy accommodations of indoor Air Conditioning. In his timeline, he hadn’t really had a chance to get to know Son Goku, not really. The Heart Disease that had claimed his life had taken him from the world all too early. However, he had heard plenty about the Saiyan of Earth from his Sensei, his mentor, and best friend, Son Gohan. Watching the two of them sparring now, he wondered if this was the kind of sight he would see if he were back home now, and Son Goku hadn’t passed away.…show more content…
*When mom passed, nobody was left there. I thought the events in this timeline would’ve improved things on my end, but all that awaited me was the same death and destruction as before.
