According to Michael Sagas, there is not a single application for the definition of diversity. Michael Sagas defines diversity as “the idea of just being different” and says, “The differences lead to some kind of outcome of social-psychological or differential treatment or differential understanding or confusion or conflict, etc.” (Sagas). Most people tend to research diversity looking at the ways the majority reacts towards the minority, but diversity also includes how the minority reacts towards the majority.
