Over the time, so many theories have been developed for managerial styles to establish and elaborate the right techniques used for managing organizations and institutions with different cultures and environments. These theories has evolved over time to support the dynamic changing of organizations, with the diversity in need and application. The most influential early approaches to management were developed in the early 1900, where the classical approach were inspired by Fredrick Taylor whose approach called the scientific approach. He sought to improve the production efficiency using scientific approach. Then Henry Fayol's theory focuses on 14 universal fundamentals that he believes are common to all managers.
