Lillie Stewart, Billing & Coding operator, requesting vacation for the week of, March 28 – April 1, 2016.
I would like to request these vacation days, because my 3 children’s are out of school for spring break.
Also, I don’t have a guardian to watch my children’s 6, 8, 10, years old, so I’m requesting an emergency vacation on these days. Furthermore, I would like to be considering overtime, to catch up on my workloads before going on vacation. In addition to, I know are company doesn’t permit more than one person, off at the same time.
